Trying to appear unbiased but blowing it completely with ultra-partisan outright lies - poorly written - they offer a stern warning to pevie-stevie:
(I)t's the taxpayers who foot every bill, and Harper must respect this undeniable fact unequivocally. Otherwise, we will go for his political throat like no dog on a bone ever seen.

Like the media went after Harper for all the taxpayer dollars earmarked for the fighter jets and prison expansion, not to mention the billions spent on the G8 Summit and pre-election ad campaigns.
But it's almost every freaking major paper across the country endorsing Harper. I have a sinking feeling that Harper might get a bare bones majority. Shoot me now.

was reading on Far and Wide how the CPC got 31 or 32 endorsements, NDP 2, Lib 0, Bloc 1.
Really pathetic. All the ones I read seemed almost apologetic about it, listing some of the outrages but ending with words like competent, fiscally responsible, steady hand.
very bizarre election. won't know 'till it's over. many individual ridings battling over local issues.
