Unfortunately for Steve, Charest doesn't go for the one man show thing, nor does he feel subject to any Stevie gag order or scripted messaging.

Charest got to draw attention once more over his concerns at how Harper is stalling on climate change action by simply waiting to see what the US plans to do.  Nice.  Reminded Canadians of the severe problems our country faces as Parliament is prorogued.  Problems to big to hide behind self-promoting photo ops.
