I’m Rob f--king Ford, the mayor of this city!

Well yes you are, and don’t we know it.  But you are looking more and more like this, according to polls –

Toronto’s911 dispatchers are accusing the city’s mayor, Rob Ford, of calling them "bitches" and hurling a string of profanity at them during an emergency call early Monday...Ford ... called 911 — not once, but twice.  Sources say Ford turned on the dispatcher, yelling: “You … bitches! Don’t you f--king know? I’m Rob f--king Ford, the mayor of this city!”

...Dispatchers sent a crew on high priority, arriving at his Etobicoke home 10 minutes after the call. (emphasis mine)

2.     Sense of entitlement

3.     Unprofessional

4.     Verbal abuse

5.     Misogynistic display

6.     Lying

7.     Moronic

8.     Abuse of public resources

It's  It's the abuse (regardless of whether or not he cursed, as the very astute  ACR points out) of people doing their job and the sense of entitlement that he should take precedence over other, likely more distressed and needy 911 callers that bothers me most.  Ford got elected by passing himself off as just a regular guy who was angry - angry, let me tell you - at waste and privilege.

But then, he does have friends in high places, don’t-cha-know.
