In this blogger's words: a Canadian government scientist who, as part of the federal cuts announced last may, had their program cut and was told that their services “may no longer be required”. Clearly, I’m pissed about the decision, as I thought it was a pretty great program. And I’ve grown tired not making that opinion more clear. Hence the blog.
As many know, even anonymous bloggers may be taking great risks when they speak the truth, so my gratitude (and I'm sure that of many others) goes out to this person.
